Rick Dearing, a licensed Public Adjuster with 28 years of claims experience, began his career with Farmers Insurance Group in 1996. Licensed in multiple states and founder of The Justice Claims Group, he leverages his expansive knowledge of policy and claims-handling techniques and procedures to advocate for policyholders, ensuring their complete recovery. 

Derick Dearing, a licensed Public Adjuster and Consultant, began his career in 2017 and holds Xactimate and Thermography certifications, bringing a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to fully documenting every claim.

Matt Williams, a Public Adjuster and Consultant, holds a degree in Commercial and Residential Construction Management from Lamar University. Before transitioning to his current role, he worked as an Independent Insurance Adjuster for carriers, gaining valuable insights that he now uses to effectively negotiate and support policyholders’ claims. He is also a certified drone pilot.

Lauren Dearing, Public Adjuster and Estimator, works closely with the field inspection teams to ensure an accurate scope of work is produced on every claim. She also manages all contents, or personal property claims, for all clients.

Heather Bergeron, Public Adjuster and Consultant, has been a licensed public adjuster since 2018, working in multiple states as an advocate for her clients, and brings extensive experience in accounting practices to ensure claims are documented efficiently.

Carlee Dearing, Marketing Director, holds a degree in University Studies Architecture from Texas A&M University, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of architecture, construction, design, and business. With experience in various facets of marketing, Carlee brings a well-rounded skill set to her role. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, she leads marketing efforts from the Plano office. 

Dawson Denman, licensed Public Adjuster, is earning his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Lamar University. With a solid background in finance, he assists our commercial clients with their business interruption and loss of income claims from the Plano office in the DFW metroplex.  

Kyle Bergeron, a licensed Public Adjuster based in the San Antonio office, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Texas San Antonio, and has been in the roofing industry since graduating, serving as a project consultant for a large roofing company. He applies his in-depth technical knowledge and experience to ensure our clients’ successful recovery.
